Dan Rolfe has been our teaching pastor since 2000. He and Autumn have three sons and two daughters. Dan attended Davis College, Holmes Bible College, and Nations University (B.R.S., M.R.S.) and has fourteen years of pastoral experience. He enjoys reading (favorite author is JRR Tolkien), action movies, jogging, and Dunkin' Donuts coffee with friends and family. Find out more about Dan at our blog.
Mike Overton serves our church as an elder with responsibilities in administration, youth ministry, and worship. He and Darlene have one daughter and twin sons and have been members of SHF since 1991. He has a B.A. in business from Campbell University and is the office manager for Richard Overman, an accountant and a leader in our church. Mike enjoys music and college sports, especially NC State.
Jason Sessoms became the worship leader of SHF in 2010. He and Beth have a nine year old daughter and are expecting another in February 2012. He enjoys reading, mountain biking, and jogging. Jason is a gifted songwriter and writes some that we sing on Sundays. He was a youth pastor for seven years prior to joining SHF and is a plumber by trade. Get to know Jason more at his blog.
